As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference, you must read these terms and conditions to ensure that they contain all you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
OUR PRODUCTS:
Products may vary slightly
from their pictures. Images on this page are illustrative only and are not
representative of the actual product. The colours are displayed as accurately
as possible, but there can be no guarantee that the colours shown on a device
will accurately reflect the colours of our products. Products may vary slightly
from those images.
Please note: As it's been a
cold start to the 2022 season, some of our plants might be smaller than usual.
Don't worry; when the sun appears, they will soon grow taller. We make every
effort to ensure that our plants meet the highest quality standards and go
through a thorough inspection before shipping. However, if you feel that the
plant you received is not in reasonable condition, please let us know within 24
hours.
Do you have it in season?
Plants might look different depending on the time of year. Out-of-season plants
may be very bare in winter periods.
Don't you have time to plant them until the weekend? Should you receive your plants but have no plans to transplant them within 24 hours, they are ''Live.'' Please bear in mind. Please ensure to water the plant and expose it to daylight until you are ready to plant.
PURCHASING/ORDERING PRODUCTS:
You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering online via our online checkout process by placing an order or by email. As part of our checkout process, you will check your order and correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgment by email detailing your ordered products. This email confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. All prices must be paid in full before goods are despatched. Payment can be made via credit or debit card or via PayPal. Payment is taken when we receive your order.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you make changes when your order has been placed or you wish to cancel it, please notify us within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you must send a written cancellation notice by email. We need your order number and your full name for the cancellation to identify your order. You can't cancel your order after it is shipped.
DELIVERY:
The delivery date can take up
to 14 working days and up to 28 days for pre-order delivery. Please note that
any delivery dates given in emails regarding delivery are only estimates. We
will inform you if there is any delay in delivery due to any reason beyond our
reasonable control. We will deliver the plants to the address you have given
for delivery in your order. This address must be accurate. Please specify
exactly where you would like your order left if you are out when we deliver.
When the product arrives at the specified address, it will be considered
delivered if an adult has signed for it over 18 years old or if the buyer
leaves a signed note saying that the products can be left unattended and not
signed for. Once the plants are shipped, we cannot accept liability for any
loss or damage to the Goods following your delivery instructions. We take an
image of the plants before they leave the warehouse, and we take a picture when
delivered, so there is no doubt about their condition when you receive them.
RETURNS:
If you wish to return a plant, there is a problem; please get in touch with us with your order number and the reason. You must contact us within 24 hours to notify us that you intend to send it back, and then you have up to 7 working days to return it. You will receive a refund within ten working days. We cannot accept returns if we don't hear from you within 24 hours. You are responsible for the shipping costs if you return the plants. Until we receive the goods, they are your responsibility. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection and peace of mind.
Your responsibility
to water and maintain plants and trees:
Due to the nature of our products, garden plants and trees are perishable products sensitive to watering, light, wind, etc. If you would like to return your products to us, it is your responsibility to water and maintains the plants before return. If, at the time of collection/delivery, the plants, and trees you are returning show signs of negligence, we will be unable to issue a refund.

You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show, or play in public, or adapt or change the content of the web pages for any other purpose without the prior written permission of Millscape Landscaping Ltd. You agree that you may only download any content for your individual and non-commercial use in accessing this website.

Millscape Plants does not offer advice on gardening. The buyers' responsibility is to check that the intended area and prevailing weather conditions are suitable for a particular plant before placing an order. The products and services featured on this website are only available to people over 18. Any warranty offered or implied is valid for products within the United Kingdom. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer your rights under these terms and conditions.
